Airline Reservations and Ticketing

Our Sabre Reservations System provides access to the world's major airlines. We are able to confirm availability of seats instantly, and to offer alternative routings and fares, if required.

As the 'no frills' airlines increase their network, we are also booking a number of flights through the internet on behalf of our clients.

We maintain a traveller's profile on each of our clients, which includes valuable information - such as preferred seat, special meal requests and frequent flyer membership information. This enables us to send any airline a message through our systems, ensuring that special requests are known to the carriers prior to your check in. This system works in unison with our in-office Sabre system that takes care of our Ticketing, Booking Confirmation, Accounts and Management Information.

Hotel Reservations, UK & Worldwide

Through our Sabre Reservations system we also have access to over 35,000 hotels where reservations can be confirmed instantly. Fairways & Swinford is also part of the Advantage Travel Group and so has access to preferred rates at over 6,000 selected hotels world-wide. This service can offer substantial savings compared with the hotel rack rates.

Our staff always "go that extra yard" and utilise international connections to try to secure rooms in fully booked hotels and ensure that VIP service is received for special bookings.

As with airline bookings, our travellers' profiles contain information on favoured hotels in various locations, so each consultant is aware of the traveller's preferences.

Car Hire

We have established a close liaison with all of the major car hire companies and can arrange car hire anywhere in the world at competitive rates.

UK Rail, Eurostar, Continental Rail, Sea and Ferry Bookings

As UK Rail Agents we are able to issue rail tickets immediately. Reservations for seats, dining cars and sleepers can also be made at the time of booking using our Evolvi booking computer- the most up-to-date booking technology available in Britain.  

Sea and Ferry bookings can also be made, for both passengers and vehicles.

Delivery of Documentation

All documentation is delivered by couriers or next-day postal delivery, thus ensuring speed and maximum flexibility.

Passport & Visas

Our Passport and Visa Section can provide all necessary advice and documentation for Passport renewals and visa applications. Our couriers collect documents from your office, whereupon we process them as quickly as possible, before returning them to you by courier.

Computerised 24 Hour Service

Our office hours are 0900 - 1730, however, travellers can have total confidence with their arrangements at all times. We fully understand situations will arise when travellers will need to contact us outside of our standard office hours.  Our back up service which available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Personal Service

As soon as an account is open we allocate a member of our travel team to deal personally with your company's travel requirements. The consultant is briefed on the company and their expected travel requirements, together with details of the travel bookers.

We will gladly charter executive aircraft for you, finding the appropriate aircraft for your requirements.
